What is the difference between a tinned tuna in brine oil and sunflower oil? - sunflower oil exporters
I buy canned tuna for sandwiches, salads and pasta. There are 2 kinds - one in sunflower and other oils in brine. What is the difference? I read the label and is the only difference is that the calories. Sunflower oil is higher in calories than the brine.

I think that the brine has a large amount of salt in themselves, but I'm not sure. I buy canned tuna in spring water, theres no calories or salt on it.
